The Gift Bow brand kit

Every store we build gets a proper identity, not a theme. This page shows the working parts of this one: the mark, the palette, the type and the image system behind every photo on the site.

The mark

A GB monogram tied into a ribbon bow. It ships as a single colour SVG, so it takes any brand colour and stays crisp at every size, from the 32 pixel header to a shop front.

The palette

A fresh grocer's scheme: deep pine for actions, celadon for feature panels, aged gold for accents, porcelain for paper and a green black ink. Buttons never use pure black and backgrounds never use pure white.

The type

Display serif for headlines and prices

Proper gifts, properly packed.

Humanist sans for everything you actually read

Hampers stuffed with the good stuff. Cheese, chocolate, fizz and candles, wrapped up and tied with a proper bow.

The voice

British wit in English, du form warmth in German, one joke maximum per paragraph and never a dash. Every string on this site exists in both languages, and the copy changes with your region too.

The image system

Every image on the site follows one spec, so the whole catalogue looks like a single shoot. Upload one master per product and the shop derives every other size itself.

Asset Master size Notes
Product photography 2048 x 2048 Square masters; the shop derives 48, 400, 680 and 1200 pixel renditions automatically
Homepage promo cards 1440 x 1080 Managed in the admin, scheduled per season
Category tiles 900 x 1280 Portrait, name overlaid across the bottom
Social sharing card 1200 x 630 What links look like on WhatsApp and LinkedIn

All photography: sRGB JPG, consistent warm backdrop, no text or labels inside the frame.
